I have started training with Max after a substantial period of deconditioning and was very lucky to encounter a knowledgable and adaptive coach.

The programming reflected my previous training experience, desired goals, and day-to-day circumstances, which was easily achieved after just a few conversations.
I find it massively refreshing to be receiving evidence-based and versatile coaching, which allows for a steady and solid progression. The training heavily focuses not only on progressing but becoming your own coach when training independently. One of the things I value the most is Max's universal experience, allowing my development not to become a one-trick pony.

Although I initially planned to have personal training to be the basis for a strong comeback into something that I love dearly, I am now quite confident to pursue advanced, long-term goals under Max's further guidance. On a practical note, I find Max's communication relaxed yet encouraging and would highly recommend his services.

I use scientifically proven methods to safely and effectively achieve fitness related goals. I have an extensive education with a degree in sports science and a masters in Strength and Conditioning.

The methods I use work and will ensure you stay injury free and not only look but more importantly feel better.
