I specialise in Many different cuisines having worked all over the world as a chef so I can Taylor make and create a menu based on likes and dislikes
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
firstly we decide on a thyme and then discuss dietry requirements, alleges and budget.
I then draft a menu suggestion and you can edit to your taste.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy making people happy through the food I cook. I try only to use locally sourced produce where I am able to and maintain a relationship with suppliers. To have control over where our food comes from is a privilege.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To have control over when and where I work, to choose the clients I want to cook for and have control over produce.
