Hi Matt, we just wanted to say what a fabulous dinner that was last night! The confit duck leg was melt in the mouth and the cherry jus had a great depth of flavour. A big thank you to Matt Rey for providing another fantastic three-course meal to celebrate my wife's birthday on the 1st April. We chose duck confit with sesame and salsa starter, pork belly with mustard mash, cream greens and pork jus main and stick toffee pudding and salted caramel sauce desert. We got high end restaurant meal equivalent delivered on time, easy instructions at a great price. Matt is superb. We have used his service a few times and will continue to do so. After 25 years, you would have thought that we would have remembered the date of our wedding anniversary! Luckily Matt stepped in and the last minute and saved the day creating a wonderful three course meal delivered to our door and ready to heat and serve. Amazing food! We had dinner cooked by Matt last night for my mums 60th birthday (social bubble!) & it was all so perfect. The best meal we’ve ever had . Matt was very helpful coming up with menu suggestions & he also had to accommodate a vegan. Such a lovely treat.
