What do you love most about your job?
Healing people. I struggled with anxiety and depression for almost 30 years but discovered a cure. I understand how people carrying chronic stress, anxiety and depression feel so it gives me a lot of satisfaction knowing I can help to improve their life in a positive way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Recognising I have a gift for healing and helping people to expand conscious awareness.

I have powerful yet simple-to-use tools. The archetypes tool, for example, reveals patterns that are innate in all humans. This enables you to identify why you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress or anger. But more importantly, the tool shows you how to heal your condition. I am also an experienced meditator, have several effective breathing exercises and have a wealth of knowledge about how the mind-body-energy system causes neurosis and how it heals neurosis.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Working online helps to protect my patients from travelling to a clinic or my home. Most people also find online therapy more convenient because they can choose the hours they want to talk. I try to be as flexible as possible with my hours.

Anger is a deep-seated emotion that has its roots in childhood. We look at the root cause of your anger by examining things that trigger your anger. We also teach you some coping strategies, and show you some cognitive techniques you can use to change how you see the world and thus how you react to situations.
