Richard Hardy's touch and presence during a massage are total and some of the best I've ever experienced. He creates a safe space in which your body can completely unwind. His working with your body to remove tension and achieve re-balance is second to none. I would highly recommend Richard as a therapist for bodyworkers of all modalities. I've been coming to Richard for what must be nearly 2 years now ! I Always have lots of niggles and pains from Injury's or just general every day life . Richard is great and listens to any issues I have at the time and adjusts the massage and Emmett's to help try and make me hurt a little less . I always feel very relaxed and chilled out and a little less sore each time , it's always clean and very soothing, the atmosphere is very relaxed and makes you feel very comfortable . I have been seeing Martin on and off for a couple of years or so regarding a long standing digestion issue that caused me to feel bloated, run down and at times in significant pain. Having visited my GP on several occasions, only to be given generic advice such as avoid spicy foods and being given a packet of pills, only for the symptoms to return shortly after, I decided to investigate what herbal medicine could offer. After spending 45 minutes or so with Martin going through my health history and symptoms, Martin suspected that the cause of the issue could be an intolerance to yeast, but did note that unless a complete elimination diet was undertaken, it would be difficult to confirm with complete accuracy. The diagnosis certainly appeared to resonate with my body, and after following a course of herbal tinctures supported with acidophilus capsules, I noticed a substantial improvement in my condition. Importantly, I felt the treatment facilitated my body to recover and re-balance by itself, rather than mask the underlying cause of the problem, as was the approach of the NHS. I steadily gained greater levels of energy, which improved other areas of my life in a virtuous cycle. Two and half years on, my body feels far healthier, and is free of the symptoms for the large majority of time. I only take the herbal tincture after periods of intense stress and/or poor diet. I can thoroughly recommend Martin for his professional approach, I would recommend others to consider herbal treatments if, like me, modern medicine is not providing the desired results. More...

I have been going to Martin for just over a year and a half, in that time I have been able to substantially reduce my GP prescribed medication and I feel much better. I came to see Martin a couple of years ago after having a long bout of illness/ viruses constantly so I was hoping for some advice and something to help boost my immune system back into action. Martin was very thorough with his research into the issues I was having and through past issues I've had with my health . Martin made up a mixture of herbal medicine to help and advised on the right sort of vitamins to help try and get me to feeling back to normal. Within 3 months I was feeling like my normal self and still continued to see Martin for check ups each month and to see how I was getting on etc for about 6 months. Martin Schoenbeck's whole approach is amazing, his knowledge and expertise in herbal medicine is totally reassuring. We have had several appointments since January this year, firstly for my husband whole had a persistent troubling cough that literally nothing from the chemist would shift. Martin prepared a cough syrup and in two days the cough was gone, and my husband was feeling better.Myself, recently I contracted impetigo and again Martin's remedy of an amazing oil teatree and thyme healed everything in a matter of days.The second occasion, (again myself ) my sleep pattern. I've had a very busy work schedule lately and without enough sleep I'm hopeless!
