I enjoy attending the wing chun classes here. A lot of effort has been put into this fitness studio. Book yourself onto the various classes they have here. They also have Women only classes on Mondays and Wednesdays with female instructors. Try a 121 personal training session with Immy to get into shape and burn off the unwanted calories. More...
