I used Martins RR to clear the side of my house of household waste, cardboard and a mattress. They were excellent with communication from my first message, arrived early and the three friendly, professional lads turned up in a new tipper, cleared it all quickly, quietly (it was 7:15am) and thoroughly swept up behind them leaving my drive and path spotless. I plan to rent an extra wheelie bin from Martins RR in time for Christmas as I have the family over. Last year I put bin bags outside next to bin and had to clear it all off the road thanks to foxes!! The sly buggers won’t get me this year!!! What do you love most about your job?
Love interacting with customers, it definitely feels like we are doing an amazing thing for the environment with recycling and keeping the south west clear of rubbish. Because we recycle up to 95% of our rubbish we are doing our bit, Also job satisfaction is great, loads of waste piled up and once its cleared and swept up it makes it worth the hard work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working for a small company, the customer interaction and reliability was not great, I knew I could do it way better job and that's why I started. We don't let anyone down, always make sure the customer knows what's going on and we do things in the best way properly.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a small company that takes our business seriously, we are polite, reliable and we can always help whether its a big or small job, our team treat everyone the same in all situations so you are in great hands with us.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
we wear masks on every job. If we are going through your house we will ask you go into upstairs or go into another room then we will sanitise throughout after we have finished.
