Carl and his team converted my small, unused integrated garage into a fantastic, useful space. We now have a downstairs toilet, a utility room which houses a washing machine and a drier, and a comfortable small study. When Carl first described his ideas for the transformation, I was sceptical but the end product totally exceeded my expectations. The quality of work is first class and the price was competitive. Excellent service from start to finish , from the sales process through to the quality check & hand over, I was delighted with this company. Every aspect was presented to me in a professional manor , with any problems dealt with swiftly, I had a few company's lined up to do my loft conversion in Darlington, after the second meet with all of them , Martin Building ltd stood out from the crowd as nothing was,to much trouble , they wasn't the cheapest , but my family now have everything we would have ever hoped for and more !Thank you !
