Spoken to a lovely Martin and Co rep called Kelly today who was so polite and friendly. Adding myself to the database for property alerts was so much simpler and less intrusive then I have found other estate agents, was completed in just a few moments where others have taken time and I have found myself repeating the same answers again as if they dont listen. Letting agents can be often frustrating to deal with however Martin & Co been so easy from the very start. Helped a lot on initial paper work. Recently mentioned that my mattress is very worn, within couple of weeks Molly arranged me a new mattress, few days before mattress being delivered I emailed that my bed frame has broke a little too, came back to my flat just to see brand new mattress with mew frame all replaced. I have recently been dealing with Tracy Orton in respect of a tenancy renewal and she has been an absolute dream to work with! Staff is quite friendly and professional. When shown a property, they had all the required basic information, and followed up on specific questions I asked. I really liked the fact that they did not rush on the move-in date, instead they took some time to ensure the property was fit for purpose. I'm currently a tenant with martin & co and im happy to say i have been with them for the past 4 years. they are easy to contact and always return my phone calls when i leave a message.
