Marta impressed me since our first session, when she made some questions that really made me think. Didn't notice much difference in the first few sessions, but by the end of our work together I was feeling much more relaxed about things that used to stress me. My quality of life improved 100%

When I started being treated by Marta I had chronic IBS for several years. I also had significant pain in my lower back and had just been diagnosed with PTSD. I was sceptical about the treatment, but had nothing to lose, except pain.

After 3-4 treatments I started to notice improvements of both my IBS and anxiety and more towards the end of the treatment my symptoms had reduced significantly. Now I just have a maintenance session every 6-8 weeks. My quality of life has dramatically improved and I am much less reactive to triggers that I used to find constantly irritating and stressful.

Marta provides a non-judgemental environment and advice that gently gets you to see life from a different perspective.

“I first approached Marta to help me with anxiety and insomnia. During our first session I mentioned I struggle with IBS, and she explained how my anxiety could be contributing with the problem. We did 4 sessions for anxiety, and I started to feel much better and I now sleep about 6 hours uninterrupted. However, I was still struggling with IBS and she suggested I'd take part on her colon cleanse and detoxification program. The colon cleanse is weird, but I have to say that after following the program my symptoms improved like never before. I became more aware of my body and this led me to serious lifestyle changes. I feel more energised and have more mental clarity. Anxiety still kicks in sometimes, but I learned how to relax my mind and how to be ok with it. Marta is amazing. I met her in 2017 and she has helped me in a personal level, which immensely also helped me in my career. After a few sessions, I could understand myself better and why I was making certain decisions. My relationship with my family, especially my mother, improved a lot. I have been on antidepression medication for over 7 years. Last year I found out I was pregnant and I made the choice of stopping the medication. Martha has been one of the most important pieces into helping me into that transition. I never thought our work with hypnotherapy would make me feel this good!!! She's is a great professional that listens to your needs and makes the most of our time focusing on what is best for you. I can’t praise Marta enough for the help that she has given me. For years I’ve been lost, struggling with chronic anxiety and lack of direction which affected my sleep and mood on a daily basis. When I found Marta, I was sceptical about hypnotherapy and now I can confidently say that it works. Marta has helped me with impostor syndrome and to handle and release stress in an effective way. The tension I feel for working in a challenging role caused me to experience pain in my back and right shoulder. I went to the doctor and was told there is nothing wrong despite the pain. My sessions with Marta have completely changed my relationship at work. I no longer feel a sense of inadequacy, I am more confident and increasingly catch myself freely speaking with my colleagues and the result is that I started to develop real friendships in and out of the office.

I enjoyed so much that I decided to carry on with my sessions and have started Marta’s Optimum Health Program, which is assisting me to create better habits and improve my health!

My relationship with my mother has completely changed and I am now able to put boundaries in a healthy way in all my relationships. Marta has a way to see beyond and took me to a very deep internal journey. I dealt with repressed emotions that I didn’t even know were there and I felt a huge release. It feels like something inside me has shifted somehow and I feel way more energised. I find very interesting the way she mixes hypnosis with mindfulness and energy work.
Having a break now but will certainly book another treatment to help me with some relationship issues as I completely trust Marta will be able to help me with it!

I had tried to quit smoking several times previously and I must admit that I wasn’t a great believer in this type of treatment but after a conversation I had with Marta she gave me a great sense of belief that this can work. Cog Hyp is a ground-breaking therapy approach which combines NLP, CBT, Positive Psychology, Gestalt and traditional hypnotherapy. By doing so, Cog Hyp blends theory with practical findings.
