Great views, very clean and hygienic staff are very polite and helpful would recommend and definitely would stay again.

This is the third year now I've had a Christmas do here great place to go .
The staff of very friendly and helpful. Want to give special mention it to Anna receptionist she went that extra mile for me, She was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are nice clean and tidy water pressure is great in the shower and you get a TV with Freeview, kettle and tea and coffee. There were a few of us staying there so I was a range of rooms from a nice size double bedroom, two small single bedrooms big enough space for one and a very large family room big enough for 4.
There is free parking, The breakfast in the morning is very nice, there was selection of fruit, yoghurt, cooked breakfast and pastries.
I would definitely recommend this place for your Christmas parties the food is good and the disco is on until 1 a.m. I've been to a few hotels around Bournemouth for my Christmas parties and this is one of the best and also good value for money. More...

Some problems but better later on. The event that I was booked onto was not the event that I asked for. Once that problem was sorted out (sort of) the break went more smoothly. In the main the food was good and plentiful. The hotel is old and on one morning there was a boiler problem. Staff were helpful but sometimes failed to communicate with each other. More...
