Had one of the best quotes for a new front door to be fitted from Marshalls Double Glazing Repairs & Installations. On the day of fitting, the lads were very professional, took out the old door, installed the new door, within a very respectful time frame, even cleaned up after themselves. The level of service I received was exceptional and the quality of the installation was second to none. Alan and Mark had come to fix my windows and I happened to ask if they did doors, as mine was wooden and off it’s hinge and was letting a draft in. It also had a dead bolt so I locked myself out regularly! Straight away I knew these were the men for me! Their prices beat three other competitors by far and the job they did is spectacular!! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They arrived at 9.30 and the work was completed before lunchtime. I ordered a chartwell green PVC door with silver handle and door box, with a chartwell green frame. The fitting is superb and the place, inside and outside, was left clean and tidy and the door itself was perfect! Two of my windows which are very old would not open because hinges wouldn't move. One of the windows in the bedroom handle had come off. Got a really quick appointment and Alan even phoned when he was on his way to tell me how long he'd be. The guys arrived and got straight to business. I got hinges replaced on both windows and got a new handle fitted complete with new key. Very professional job and total cost 80 pounds. Our front door started letting in rain with all the bad weather and I called Alan, he came out and inspected door and as we can not afford a brand new door at the moment he repaired it for us and actually cleaned up door as well! I had alan out today to fix my bathroom window that was not opening. Within 5 minutes alan called me up stairs to tell me the lock was fine and didnt need replaced as it was just a bolt that came out of place and there would be no charge. honesty is the best policy.
