Marraum are a great company who helped us with a difficult planning application on some neighbouring land, which thankfully, has now been fully resolved to our satisfaction. The team used their 3d visualisation and VR technology to create a realistic and easily understood picture of our concerns. This convinced the planning officer to review the proposal and request that the relevant changes be made. Märraum are such a friendly business where people go out of their way to ensure you get the best possible end-results, taking into account the smallest details. Great team who helped us design our house and were just brilliant at guiding us to think about what we needed to incorporate. I had the pleasure of working here and saw first hand how much the clients enjoy working with Marraum & seeing their designs go from initial sketches to beautifully rendered 3D designs then on to finished builds, it’s such an exciting process! We were lucky enough to be invited along to meet the team at Märraum this year, my 14 year old daughter is a budding architect & she was made to feel very welcome, although a little overawed at her visit to such a studio she was made very welcome and soon felt at ease. We were shown many of Märaum’s fantastic projects, and my daughter loved the 3D virtual plans. She received some very valuable advice and guidance, and felt more enthusiastic than ever to be involved in architecture following our visit. Marraum Architects worked with us carefully and collaboratively with us to bring our design ideas of our dream home to reality. Working with Adam Laskey was professional and knowledgeable throughout our project and his help and support has been invaluable. The input received regarding the Planning permission and Building Regulations was efficient, with consistently accurate input and nothing was too much trouble. This was our first experience of the building process, namely a bungalow refurbishment/extension. Marraum came recommended to us and it was a huge relief to find that they not only took us through the design and planning stages, but also had contacts within the building trade making the process less daunting. Despite being a new, small and relatively young company they were professional, knowledgeable and above all reliable and helpful through every stage of the process.
