Gorgeous homemade chips so tasty! Halloumi fries also divine and the burgers were great too. We did have to wait a bit but was definitely worth it.

We would like to say well done to Team MOG. In a challenging time with the current restrictions on pubs the team have done their absolute best to keep drinks and food arriving into the outside tables. There may have been small delays at the busiest times and we have observed impatient people giving the staff a hard time, but quite honestly to be able to sit in a great beer garden with a great climbing frame, it's fantastic. Have been to quite a few pubs since they have re opened and I can honestly say that the service today at The Granby was the best yet. We were on a bike ride and called in on spec. We were shown to a table and the drinks order was taken straight away. Menu followed within minutes and was quickly followed by our order being taken. Further drinks were brought within minutes of asking and all the staff were on hand to serve all customers without any fuss. Well done to all involved. More...

We had the valentines meal tonight and it was fabulous! We don’t normally do anything for Valentines but after seeing the menu I thought it was perfect for us, and it did not disappoint. The food was delivered on time, hot, and well presented. Service was great. Every course was tasty and delivering with the cocktail was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and we will be ordering from them again. We would honestly have paid twice the amount for this meal! Just the treat we needed as a change from the lockdown monotony ❤️ More...

Prosecco cocktail, little heart shaped homemade shortbread biscuits to go with the fresh strawberries, marshmallows & dipping chocolate... party poppers & two heart chocolates... a three course meal plus a cocktail all for £15pp excellent value for money excellent friendly service!
