Rachel has, without doubt, been the best mortgage and protection adviser that I have used. I wanted to review my mortgage and look at getting rid of some debts to free up monthly outgoings as well as completing a home improvement. We thoroughly discussed our circumstances and I really felt she listened to what our concerns were. I love meeting new people everyday. I love how interchangeable the job is with each situation being different. I take great pride in my work and get huge job satisfaction taking each client on a journey to securing a home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the industry a long time, and I felt it was about time I put all that I have learned over the years into my own practice and do things my way, to help clients to my best abilities.
Why should our clients choose you?
I feel I go above and beyond for my clients. I like to think I treat and advise my clients, like I would my own family. Ultimately, I am responsible in making sure the clients are able to make educated decisions through my recommendations. I want to make sure each client is adequately protected.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We custom to the clients preference. Should the client want to meet online or face to face we have the correct PPE to cater to keeping safe. I am also double vaccinated.
