What can I say... from the very start of that first phone call marks and Manns where polite, friendly, welcoming and really helpful. They listened and heard everything we were looking for. Joe, Maddy and Julie, the staff in Martlesham Heath office, are professional, efficient, reliable and enthusiastic. My situation was complex and they all showed empathy, understanding and support. They guided me through the processes of selling my home and purchasing a new property offering good sensible advice. They were honest and upfront, fair to all parties involved. I felt safe. All staff we dealt with at this office provided very friendly professional service. Even after one sale fell through due to mortgage problems, they pressed hard to obtain other buyers quickly. Cannot thank the team at Mark's and Mann enough for helping us sell our home. Joe Parker was our first port of call and was amazing in getting us in contact with the appropriate team, making us feel a valued customer and booking in our valuation with the branch manager (Paul). The team worked hard to sell our home and even when our first buyers pulled out two days after Christmas they worked tirelessly to find us a new buyer as quickly as possible. The team were always available via email or the phone and chased up everything as quickly as possibly along the way.
