Rented a property through these. Worst landlords ive ever dealt with! Rogue landlords!!
House full of black damp & mould
Leaking boiler
Water coming through walls and ceilings
Recieved abuse and harassment from jimmy and aaron.
Threatened us and family members.
Entered property without permission without us being there, stole keys , glued locks, had window put out, turned up at the house without notice at all hours.
Council involved with them with the state of the properties and the abuse giving to tenants.
Environmental health classes our property as a category one which is the worst!!
Tenancy wasnt even a proper tenancy!!
Also put rent up without informing us

my son and his gf has just been in to see about a 3bedroom house, befor even asking them anything the man turned round and said "why do you want a 3 as for a 3 bedroom house ya looking at £500 a month and I don't I don't think you can afford that" then said to his gf you should start and claim benefits! Well if they had of took the time to talk to them you would of found out that both of them work! my son gets paid £500 a week just for his wage! More...
