What do you love most about your job?
I love helping clients by providing creative solutions to their employment law issues, and this is why I practice as a solicitor.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was previously a partner in four firms of solicitors and head of employment in three of them. However, when you are part of a firm decisions can take time to make and be hampered by bureaucracy. As a sole practitioner, I only answer to myself.

We provide case reviews for a fixed fee. This includes reviewing up to 50 pages of documents followed by telephone advice.

Our director is a qualified workplace mediator and can assist you with your mediation for a fixed fee.
