What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients become invested and proud of their social media presence after we have worked together - that’s when the magic happens! Social media needn't be a time-consuming, unrewarding task once you know how to tackle it strategically.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in the social media business for a very long time now and just love how it connects people with common interests. Seeing first-hand how this connection can grow a business in terms of brand awareness and sales is thrilling and never gets boring. I love helping grow my client's businesses and connecting them with the right people.
Every business I work with has such different goals and objectives that my job offers such variety.

Yes, I work remotely with most of my clients. We work over Zoom, and online platforms and have regular catch-ups during projects as required.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work mostly online so have not had to make many changes to my business since Covid-19

I’ll help you tap into Facebook and Instagram’s targeting tools to reach your ideal customer and maximise the return on your ad spend.

Social Media Strategy
Do you require a refreshed social media strategy that you can implement yourself?
I will create a detailed social media strategy document for you to follow and reach your goals.
This can include:
Social media goals & objectives
Competitor Analysis
Audience personas
Suggested content strategy
Influencer strategy
Tone of voice
KPIs & progress measurement
You will receive a detailed PDF document to implement with your team over a period of 3-6 months. Alternatively, for an additional fee, you have the option for me to send you a recorded presentation of the strategy or present it in person.
Plus an option to add 60-minute accountability and progress call over Zoom mid-way through implementation.

1:1 Training - Power Session
A flexible 60-minute Zoom session for all levels of Instagram knowledge. You may be just starting out and need to grasp the basics. Or you may have a strong understanding of the platform but have lost your way and need a refresher.
We can discuss 2-3 specific issues in depth. If you don’t have any specific issues then I’ll cover the basics of Instagram.
Basics Include:

• Insights & measurement
You’ll receive a copy of the presentation slides and a recording of the session to refer back to.

Nurture Package
The nurture package is for you if you are looking for expert support over a longer period.
You might be starting out on social media and want to break the training down into smaller, bite-sized sections, have a key area that you are wanting better results from or looking for ongoing support with a Facebook Ads campaign perhaps.
The first session is one hour - covering a specific area you are looking for support with. You can then use the remaining time slots (minimum 30 minutes) within 3 months to support you in other areas of choice.
£450 for 3 hours of support over a 3-month period.
Group Training and Workshops
If you have a membership, a team at work or even a group of friends who want to learn a new social media skill together, a workshop is a great option.
These sessions can be tailored to your needs and will help you understand social media and how you can maximise your reach and brand awareness.
We can cover how to use a platform effectively or concentrate on a feature such as Instagram Reels.

Instagram Shop Set Up Assistance
Instagram Shopping has had a glow-up recently. So if you sell physical products you’ll want your Instagram Shop set up properly to use all of its powerful features.
If you are struggling with your Instagram Shop set-up or approval, I will check you have all the correct elements in place for a successful application.
If your Instagram Shop has been rejected I can help with your review process.
This session will be a 60-minute session over Zoom to look at your current IG shop set-up and make any required amendments. Any additional time spent after this session would be charged at an hourly rate.

Social Media Audit
A good audit will restore clarity and focus.
After purchasing your audit, I will get in touch to ask a series of questions about your business goals and objectives.
I will look at everything on your platforms and give recommendations on how and where improvements can be made to achieve your business goals.
You’ll then receive my PDF report highlighting what’s working well with all my findings and suggestions along with actionable points that you can action in your own time.
