Manorvale we contacted a number of years ago, to rectify issues created by a cowboy outfit headed by Philip William Oliver of Dudley. The repairs which included refurbishing the bathroom destroyed by Mr Oliver were completed satisfactorily and to budget and we no longer have water running through my kitchen ceiling and downstairs electrics.I have a British gas homecare product but still prefer to use Manorvale for all my gas servicing needs Very thankful to now know a reputable tradesmanTop marks More...

Andrew offers a professional quality service.He supplied a detailed quotations where all materials and labour costs were all quantified and advised us on the best boiler to suite our requirements and we even decided to replace the radiators after seeing how much dirt was in our our 20 year old system during the flushing process. Nothing seemed to much trouble even when we added the extra work, he arrived punctually every day and never left us without heat or hot water between days he was here, used protective covers over the flooring and left his work areas tidy.We will now be using Manor Vale for all our future servicing. Andrew was fantastic, honest, punctual, tidy, dedicated and very knowledgeable. He installed our gas fire perfectly and serviced the boiler at the same time. He ensured the area was completely safe and moved our carbon monoxide alarm to the correct spot. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our gas appliances!!!! Andrew is very knowledgeable and excellent in his trade. I would not trust anyone else to touch my gas appliances. He fitted our “in the wall” gas fire (the husband needed to be made redundant) and demonstrated clearly the safety tests being performed and how faults needed to be rectified (husband was temporarily reinstated). I was very impressed with Andrew's service, in assisting with a celing leak. He swiftly arranged to visit my tenanted property by contacting the tenant directly. After his visit he called me straightaway to advise me that the issue was not plumbing related but damage to the roof. He advised me to contact a roofer straighaway to prevent any further damage to my property. He charged no call out fee and was very polite and courteous. More...

We had a fantastic experience with MV. We needed to fit a dishwasher into our fitted kitchen which was not as straight forward as it should have been. Everything was explained to us and put simply and even the quote was broken down so we could understand every aspect. Despite the job turning out to be more difficult than anticipated MV went above and beyond to not only complete it in a timely manor but also by overcoming all the problems in a calm and professional way (including fixing a further issue they found at no extra cost with excess materials). We first had Manor Vale to come and quote for a bolier repair which they arranged to do to come and look, Andrew was very punctual and and thorough. He pointed out the ploblems and advised us on the best way forward. He is very competant person and explains everything in detail. After listening to what he said we decided to have him to fit a new boiler,which he did very well working late until he had completed the work which is extremely neat.He is one of the cleanest and well mannered tradesmen we have met and we will recomend him to others. I have used Manor Vale many times for various jobs but the largest was fitting 18 bathrooms/ensuites at the holiday resort that I manage in Wales. Some photos are on our facebook page "Cwm Chwefru Cottages"Andy and Scot were professional and reliable throughout. They arrived on time every time and completed the job in 3 stages staying onsite each time. They were polite, courteous, clean and tidy. I am very self driven and I have a very high standard of work. I always choose quality over speed when doing my work and not a lot of employer’s allow for this as they are more profit focused and want you to get the jobs done as quickly as possible.
