What do you love most about your job?
Making a positive change in the people we support no matter how little.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the Social care business over a decade during l have observed how caring can be a rewarding and fulfilling job when done with all your heart. Caring is pre-requisite and should be nurtured more so, for Danilo caring for a disabled child, young or older adult. Therefore, when caring becomes too much it impacts on their wellbeing too. As a result of this, it has motivated me to start my own business and promote positive changing in both the cared for and main carer. More so, that they can enjoy their relationships without worrying and as far as possible.

Mankan-Go Care provide bespoke home care services that is tailored to meet your personalised care and aims to promote quality of care be it in your own home: accessing community activities for social or recreational purposes. We provide seamless, flawless care/support and our staff are committed to their job, which they aim to provide with tender, care and compassionate.

Our services can be provide face-face. However, for remotely support depends on client capabilities and choice of activities that can be provided e.g. games or craft
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure our carers/staff have Infection control training, wear appropriate PPE, to prevent and reduce risk if transmission of infection. Some of our staff are vaccinated with Covid jabs.
Domicilary
We aim to provide personal care, prompt/administer medication, prepare meals, ensure their home stays clean, habitable and safe. Also, support with respite, social company, sitting services and taking them out for social activities and recreational purposes. With the view to promote socialisation, so that they remain as active citizens as far as possible whilst liking them with their local connections and communities.
Cleaning
Cleaning their homes.
Community access
Support both older people and young adults to engage in activities of own choice. Like going shopping, bingo, cinema, coffee, etc.
Respite/Companionship
We offer respite and companion.
Live-in
We offer 24/7 support live-in carer.
