Very intelligent, insightful support and direction. The main positive is I am speaking with someone who talks from life experiences which I relate to in some ways. The negative would be ensuring the provider has time to themselves without being constantly accessible? As well as operating six days per week we also provide free out-of-session support with a dedicated therapist for those times when you need extra support. We are also dedicated to supporting you overcome any challenges you face in the healthiest most effective way possible. We know therapy can be daunting so we prioritise putting the clients at ease as soon as possible.

Yes, most of our clients prefer services online as it allows them to stay in the comfort of their home or surroundings that they feel more at ease with, it also provides a less formal approach therefore ensuring the client is completely at ease.

All our counsellors practice from covid sanitised offices which are cleaned after every session.

What is family therapy? Family therapy involves a family working with one or more therapists to help address the difficulties they face. Family therapy is particularly focused on the relationships between family members. Our family therapy is based on a person centred approach, we believe everyone should be able to express their feelings in a safe and supported way. All of our therapists are trained to the highest standard, we encourage the conversations in the therapy space to be kept in the space and reflected upon until the next session.

Couples counsellors use a variety of modalities and techniques to help you work through your relationship problems. Techniques include: open discussions, role modeling, role playing and analysing negative patterns of behaviour. We can cover a range oof challenges in the session that couples may face such as infidelity, lack of communication, addiction, mistrust, lack of intimacy and abusive behaviour.

Individual therapy refers to one-on-one mental health treatment that is personalised to suit an individual's unique needs. It involves setting therapeutic goals, processes one's past, and learning how to manage one's symptoms or triggers in order to live a healthier life.
Your first session with your clinician/therapist may feel like an interview. Your clinician/therapist may ask a lot of questions about you. They may ask questions about how you cope, your symptoms, your past experiences, relationships, current responsibilities and activities, and family dynamics.

It is both daunting for the parent and the child to start therapy sessions, however all our therapists are trained to use a range of skills to allow the child to feel at ease and enjoy sessions. CBT aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts. You are shown how to change these negative patterns to improve the way you feel. Unlike some other talking treatments, CBT deals with your current problems, rather than focusing on issues from your past.

Mental health professionals use NLP by itself or with other types of therapy, like talk therapy or psychoanalysis, to help treat depression and anxiety. It can be used to treat phobias in particular, as well as other expressions of anxiety such as panic attacks.
