What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in corporate engineering and for other construction businesses I always felt one step removed from the end user. Man Maid has given me the pleasure and satisfaction of helping people directly face to face in their provate spaces.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are unusual in the fact that we travel everywhere by tool trike (electric cargo tricycle), which makes us efficient when travelling between jobs and helps us in our mission to be carbon negative as a business.
We specialise in the small jobs and our handy people are all multiskilled and carry the latest tools to do your jobs quickly and carefully.
We are known for our cleanliness and consideration in our clients’ homes. A number if out handy people are female and likewise most of our clients ate female.

We travel to our clients’ homes to deliver our services but we also have a studio in Fulham where we can take objects such as small pieces of furniture for build or repair before delivering the final item to the customer’s home.
Wall mounting
We are experts at mounting items on walls of any description, from TVs to works of art, heavy mirrors, bathroom furniture or outdoor fixtures.
Plumbing
Specialising in small plumbing jobs, we have the tools and expertise to unblock sinks, change taps, fit bathroom furniture and fix leaks.
Carpentry
The MAN MAID team include skilled carpenters who can build you bespoke furniture, repair damaged wood, lay wooden floors or fix skirting boards/architraves and many more.
