We are a block of five leasehold flats who obtained the Right To Manage in 2018 and appointed Paul of Property Management Solutions to manage our flats. When Paul requested the surplus funds, invoices, accounts from the freeholder nothing was forthcoming except a small amount of surplus money which we felt was insufficient. Paul took up our case and negotiated with the freeholder who to say the least was evasive to pay over what we considered was owing to the five flats. Paul diligently pursued the matter over twelve months for us and without his knowledge and professionalism we would never have retrieved the monies owing. We cannot recommend Paul and Property Management Solutions highly enough to anyone looking for flat Management Agents, as Paul and his company always act in an honest and professional manner giving confidence at all times which is something to be highly valued. A drain was backing up into our shower - not something you want to find at 4.30pm on a Friday. When I rang, there was someone in the office to take my message but not to take action. I was not very happy BUT early on Saturday morning I got a call from PMS to check the details and assure me that a drain clearing operative was on his way. Sure enough, he arrived within the hour and solved the issue and cleaned out the drain. It's been perfect since. Paul and his team assisted myself and my neighbour through a leaseholder dispute for a block of 4 flats where ownership of the freehold is shared between each flat owner. Joint Freeholders were unable to agree how to run the flats effectively and management of the flats was taken over by by the other flat owners using bullying tactics to break the lease terms and eroding our rights to even gain access to our own garages, sub-letting and noisy tenants. Paul quoted a very affordable price to manage the flats but this was rejected by the other flat owners when Paul advised he would run the flats according to the terms of the lease. We didn't know which way to turn and instead Paul provided a consultancy service to myself and my neighbour advising and supporting us through a very difficult time - he assisted us to go to tribunal where we gained agreement for another 3rd party management agent to be appointed. We couldn't have achieved this without PMS! Paul continues to provide consultancy to us at a very reasonable rate and with Paul's advice we are confident that our voices will be heard and we will happy living in our homes. More...

We are the freeholders of several blocks of residential flats in the Bournemouth area and have entrusted their management to Property Management Solutions for several years. We are very pleased with the service we have received. Paul and his team handle the routine administration, servicing and repairs including emergency call-outs. They keep us abreast of all major decisions and relevant legislation. They are friendly and helpful, acting promptly and courteously with leaseholders but are also firm when necessary.
