What do you love most about your job?
The reward that comes from making a positive difference - sowing seeds of insight, inspiration, motivation and encouragement! Watching people unfurl and BLOOM, see their SPARKLE return, find their PEACE and JOY! That I'm creating GOOD ENERGY in the world! Contributing to THRIVING people and workplaces - growing leaders who make their people feel VALUED, who then make each other feel valued and their customers feel valued, too!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Losing my job and a work family I loved. I thought I'd finally found a place I could flourish - and I did - but the rug was pulled swiftly and unforeseeably from under my feet. I had worked for that company like it was mine - unbelievably hard and crazy long hours.
The seed of working for myself had been sown! I might as well work that hard for myself and be in control of my destiny!
It would take another 4 years for it to happen. Factor in a relationship breakdown, a nervous breakdown, cancer and the threat of the bank repossessing my house!
My middle name used to be Simone. Now it's RESILIENCE!
It's been a tough ride, but it has grown me immeasurably. I wouldn't have had it any other way.

I'm a person who values all people and wants to add value to all people. My professional acting background developed my keen observation and listening skills, insight and empathy. I learnt to spot the nuances that inform what’s NOT being said. I have been gifted, or have developed, a strong intuition that helps me to quickly tune into someone, or a group of people, or a vibe in the room. I usually get to the heart of a problem quickly, for results that are fast as well as favourable.

Online 100%. Coaching, Educating and Speaking, Speaker Training and Team Engaging. I also deliver Mindfulness, for people who want the human connection and want to disengage from their phones.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I transitioned to delivering online and even won new business from a global PPE manufacturer (coaching senior management).

The nature of each session will naturally vary to meet the immediate needs of the client.
No coaching contract is undertaken without a Coaching Intake Session for which there is no charge. If an organisation is doing the hiring, the coachee’s line manager should be present at the intake.
Life Coaching
Delivered under the trading name ZEALED Coaching.
ZEAL is defined as “energy, enthusiasm, passion, fervour, excitement”.
I help life's weary traveller, deplete of these feelings, to feel "LIT🔥" for life again.
I coach and gently coax someone’s mojo back to life by stalling their LSDs - Life Subtracting Drivers©️ - and powering up their LEDs: Life-Enhancing Drivers©️!

Cultivating Young People
Sowing seeds of insight, motivation, inspiration and encouragement into young people.
Engage me to deliver a talk at your school or ask me about the programmes, 'Sometimes You Win, Sometimes You Learn for Teens' and YouthMax Plus.
The former comprises principles that teach young people how to turn their mistakes or setbacks into opportunities.
The latter is an exclusive programme only available through John Maxwell Team members, designed exclusively for the team by Nick Vujicic who has powerfully inspired youth all over the world with his story of resilience. He was born with tetra-amelia syndrome, a rare disorder characterized by the absence of arms and legs. He created YouthMax Plus to grow self confidence, self-belief and self-esteem in young people and to encourage them to lift each other up instead of putting each other down.
