Rakesh has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Previously, he has worked for NHBC (10-12 years warranty insurance for houses) for many years and leading a team of Building Control Surveyors, Warranty Managers, Structural Engineers and Building Inspectors in the highly specialised team - Major Project department.

Rakesh is a lead designer for high-rise structures and has previously worked for Whitbybird and Ramboll UK, consultancy firms in the city. He has also assessed many cladding systems and other products and systems while working for British Board of Agrement and NHBC.

7. Manage the contract and approve payment certificate for the homeowners
8. Prepare a schedule of cost from consultants’ and contactors’ quotes
9. Check the risk and manage the project risk
