Really disappointed with the service. Booked a deep clean for my Dad's one bedroom flat which cost £160. I was told this would include a number of things would be included in this. To be fair thay did come out and clean however things such as the windows were not cleaned. The oven was cleaned but they did not clean the outside of it. Light switches were not cleaned. I phoned to explain this and they said they were sorry and would get them to come out again and do another hours clean for free. The second appointment was arranged and they failed to turn up. A third was arranged and they failed to turn up. I have messaged them and no reply. It feels now they have been paid they have no interest in finishing the job.I have had two people ask for there number I have had to tell them this is not a business that can be relied on. My only experience of this company was one of their vans doing 50+ in a 30 mph zone - and when I politely wave my arm to suggest they slow down, the driver flipped the bird at me. Avoid.

Summer & Paige were amazing today! My apartment is sparkling and smells so fresh. They cleaned from top to bottom to the highest standards.

What can I say Maid&more entered my home in a professional manor and did a wonderful job. I contacted them on the Monday, the manager replied the same day and they came to complete a clean on the Thursday. It was that quick!!! No messing about or cancelations! The girls bring their own cleaning equipment and they make sure every crack and corner is cleaned and every room is left squeaky clean! The team are dressed professionally, very smart and clean. The maid&more girls have been to mine today and really worked their magic. I’ve had a deep clean everything is spotless and everything has a home. Moving into a new home a week before the baby was due was hard enough and then keeping on top of things and then going back to work full time! Just not enough hours in the day. I cannot thank Maid@more for all their help when I moved into my house this week, before we moved in I went to check on the house and what I found was beyond disgusting. At short notice I found Maid&more and even though I messaged early at 06.30 that day Summer called me back straight away to say she could help me. How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for 30 years independently, and started the business Maid and More in may 2019 as we always wanted our own cleaning company.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. We use Eco-Friendly products for our customers, we also bring our own vacuum. If the customer needs us to use our mop this is fine, but would need to add this on once organising your clean- as we use own customers mops.
What do you love most about your job?
We love meeting new customers, and helping them organise their home whilst seeing their face when their house is perfectly clean.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Gladys has cleaned for over 30 years within the Solihull area independently, and at the start of this year she decided she wanted to semi retire, and employ to recruit a fantastic team of experts trained by Gladys.
Gladys now has the pleasure of training new employees, and - of course, hosting refresher training days for employees from may 2019, whilst she smiles and watches her business grow from the days when she had to clean by herself.
