After a shaky start when the cleaner did not arrive on the day, the company owner came herself the next Day... M y firsr cleaenr was superb but maybe the next was not quite the same. .came late.. left early and asked me what to do! Also think £8.50 per visit is a lot to pay for materials..Id really prefer thye would just use mine More...

Hi Liz, Thankyou for your review, I greatly appreciate your feedback. While I appreciate that I was running late, I did explain that I got caught in roadworks and the resulting traffic, which you said you understood. With regards to asking what to do - this is standard practice with all of our clients on each visit, incase they want some different or additional tasks completed. Once all the tasks you had requested had been completed I then asked if there were any additional tasks you'd like to be done as there was still 15 minutes left of your timeslot, you said there wasn't so that was the end of the visit. As shown on your invoice the £8.50 covers more than just products - it also includes equipment and travel. If you'd prefer we used your cleaning products this can easily be adjusted on your invoice. How long have you been in business?
I started my business at the beginning of July 2021, it has gone from strength to strength and I am now building a team!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, all equipment and cleaning products are provided by us.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the look on a customers face when everything is sparkly and clean again
What inspired you to start your own business?
I previously worked for a cleaning company and absolutely loved my job. I was made redundant at the beginning of 2021 but had lots of requests asking me if I was still cleaning and if I could clean for them. So I decided to venture out on my own and start my own business - by far the best decision I've made!
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a high attention to detail, love cleaning (with no job ever off-putting) and I always go out of my way to help my customers & meet their requirements.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff wear face masks and gloves. Regular handwashing and sanitisation before, during and after each job. Door handles, banisters & gates etc are disinfected when we leave.
