The quality of the clean is bang on and she's very keen to ensure you're happy with the work. However she quoted me a price for an ongoing clean based on an hourly rate and completely changed her pricing structure without notifying me leaving me paying a price that was DOUBLE the initial hourly rate. Needless to say I have cancelled the agreement. So the work is great but the price is high - £60 for two person-hours of cleaning is excessive in this area in my humble opinion. More...

Sorry you feel you was over charged Diane but your home is not a standard 4 bedroom house is is very big and a lot more work than a general 4 bed home. Sorry I couldn’t do the price any cheaper for you I hope you find a cleaner in your budget. 😊

I have had nikesha and the rest of the team clean for me for a few months now have to say absolutely amazing clean, they clean from top to toe my house is immaculate when I get home from work, extremely reliable thorough service so friendly and helpful, had many cleaners over the here that have been rubbish this is the first time I have had a cleaner who does the job and does it right, thanks guys
