Was a very good cleaner however unfortunately didn’t show up on 2 occasions. Disappointed we was not informed Collette wasn’t returning

Hi kane im sorry you feel the need to give me 1 star as you probably gathered i wont be returning to clean 1 I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for 1st payment 2 you still owe me money and 3 I dont feel this was going to work out as 2 .5hours to clean a 4 bed 4 bed bathroom3 storeyhouse was just unacceptable to me I didn't return any calls as you can hopefully understand I felt bit embarrassed to maybe confront the situation hopefully you will be able to get another cleaner who can accommodate you better all the best for the future

20 years iv always enjoyed cleaning so I thought I may aswell do it for a living
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes I can supply cleaning products but if the client can provide them the service is cheaper

I love helping people get there home up to scratch and I also love helping clients

I can work well on my own as I know I always do a good job

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Iv had both vaccinations also wear a mask in clients home and sanitise all equipment and wear disposable gloves
