My dad was bed bound. Sadly he passed away recently. The care provided by Magda was second to non. Magda is amazing, she kept a smile in his face and her attention to detail including his medical needs could not have been better. Thank you Magda

The reason behind my rating I have found myself in the position of needing help with my husband William who has been diagnosed
with Dementia .
For my own sanity I needed to escape to my activities which would mean leaving William at home alone not sensible .
I saw Maggies advert in local village magazine and decided to ask her to come .
She is perfect for Williams needs interacts with him playing games chess cards etc and will take him for trips round village .
I’m certain if he needed more caring needs she would be able to do that also .ie preparing meals etc More...

I really can’t recommend Maggy and her team highly enough! She is absolutely fantastic and has supported personal care for my Mum to the highest level. Maggie and one of her team (Ewa) provide home visits 4 times per day, every day of the week, supporting Mum with full personal care, food preparation and basically everything she needs. Maggie and Ewa truly go well beyond our expectations and have really built a fabulous bond with Mum. Thanks so much Maggy … you have made a tremendous difference to our family. Xx More...

I would wholeheartedly recommend Magda to care for a loved one. She has a lovely bond with my dad and he loves the time he spends with her. It is lovely to see pictures of my dad in in his element, on his daily trips to the local countryside. Magda also watches my dad’s favourite musicals with him and goes through photos of his family to make him confident and reassured of the memory he still has. Magda gives a daily update on her activities and advises what he has eaten. Magda is an angel and we are so lucky to have her help and care. More...

Magda looked after my aunt & uncle , both have dementia , and she was a delight . She managed to get my uncle to have daily showers , after he refused to shower for 3 months . Maggy looks after my dad and provides him with care that’s super kind and efficient … she lets us know everything daily as to how he has been … and it’s like an Angel has arrived into his and our life … he eats well and is happier when she is around … she takes him out and sits with him in the evenings and watches his favourite films and the house is always immaculately clean and washing done… I don’t know what we would do without her ❤️

Maggy was very kind with my husband, John, and he enjoyed her company very much. She cooked some nice dishes for him and was generally very caring and also helped me in the house whilst I was able to go out. It has been extremely helpful having Maggie as my dads care worker at his home. It has enabled him to continue being as independent and happy as possible doing what he loves to do… she is efficient, knowledgeable and hardworking and goes the extra mile to make sure dad is looked after to the highest quality of care, including doing household chores that need doing, she informs me of everything she has done in detail and contacts me if there are any urgent issues that need resolving quickly and more importantly she is a lovely person and dad loves her company. I was passed the contact details of Magdalena by a friend of mine . Since she and her colleagues have been involved in the care of my parents our lives have changed so much for the better . Superb personal care , punctual to the minute , happy and so polite . Professional operation that has been an absolute pleasure to deal with . I cannot recommend this team highly enough . I have so much to thank Maggy for so it will be difficult to put it into words . My Dad was failing physically and I needs a care package that was flexible to suit his needs . Maggy started at the beginning of his poor health and was with the family to the end . She was able to give us more hours when needed and even overnight care when we knew he couldn’t stay on his own . She was able to do this for us within24 hours notice .
Dad always looked forward to her visits, she made him laugh and smile even when he probably didn’t feel like it . She was so kind and considerate with the whole family , picked us up when we felt sad , supporting us all the way .
Dad was able to stay at home throughout his illness and Maggy helped us all to do this . More...
