Inspired by this proverb, it is Madheka Care Limited's passion to deliver quality and satisfactory services while building long lasting relationships that sets it apart. It was founded by an experienced nurse/mid-wife who had accumulated over 30 years of experience in the health and care sector at the time of incorporation. Through the founder's first hand experiences with various clients over the years, patience and empathy have stood out as the main qualities that propelled her successful career. These qualities are the foundation of our organisation and filter through our recruitment, staff training and client engagement.
