One of the best part about this company is the people. Madcom Publishers has the nicest people I've come across. My wife had recently passed away and my daughter and I wanted to write a memoir to cherish the times we spent together. Needless to say, it wasn't easy...Anytime we would sit down to tell Sarah (our assigned writer) about my Natalie, all the memories would hit me and my daughter like a truck. And at times we ended what was supposed to be a good interview in five minutes. But these guys stood by us. They were patient, they were nice, they were kind. We wanted the book to be done within three months but the process took around six because of the delays from our side.
