How long have you been in business?
MacKinnon Clean Ltd was founded in 2022 but has decades of experience. Our Founder, Iain MacKinnon has over 30 years in business management and leadership and our team leader, Gillian McNelly, has been at the forefront of professional cleaning for just as long. Together they have brought together a team of men and women who work to the highest standards and are driven to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We want to ensure you get a professional service at all times so we only use our own equipment and materials. The team are all trained to use our equipment to ensure they are as effective and efficient as possible at all times to complete your work to the highest standard.
What do you love most about your job?
Providing great customer service. Leaving someone’s property knowing they have had a great experience and got exactly what they wanted.

We always send out teams if at least two cleaners to ensure you get the best service and that we are in and out of your home as quickly as possible to minimise disruption to your day.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our cleaners are provided with face masks and sanitiser to minimise the risk of spreading Covid-19 or any other virus.
We are in and out of peoples homes everyday so take these precautions very seriously.
We have health and safety experience from working in hospitals and large office environments and are well practiced at managing these risks. We have even developed an anti-viral deep clean process which includes sanitising all surfaces and the air in a room to kill all trace of Covid-19, which can be provided on request.

For one off and regular domestic cleaning we can send out a team of 2 cleaners for as little as 30mins.

Our teams bring all of their own equipment and supplies so all you need to do is let them in.
Internal Oven Clean
A deep oven clean to remove burnt on debris and grease. We use professional grade materials for this so it doesn’t take hours and fill your home with toxic fumes.

A range or aga can be cleaned for £120
Deep Clean Service
Our deep clean service takes cleaning and sanitisation to a whole other level.
We will clean and sanitise every inch of your home, room by room.
Our DEEP CLEAN team is made up of 3 very experienced cleaners and the hourly rate for the team of 3 is £78.
A typical 3 bedroom home will take 2 to 3 hours for the team to deep clean.
When we deep clean we wash down all surfaces, vacuum all soft furnishings and carpets - not just visible surfaces, clear and clean shelves, countertops and appliances. We will empty, clean and refill cupboards and fridges in your kitchen and steam/mop and polish all hard floors.
Whether you just want a deep clean for your own peace of mind, are moving out or in to a new home or preparing a property to let our deep clean service will be the perfect fit.
Carpet and Upholstery Shampoo
Carpets are some of the most heavily used items in our homes. We walk on them, we eat and drink over them, we have pets (and children) who lie on them. Unless something has been spilled they usually look quite clean and as layers of dirt and grime build up it happens so slowly we barely notice.
That’s why we offer our carpet shampooing service.
