I will not book their service again.
They’ve done a great job cleaning the oven, it looked brand new after the cleaning so very pleased with the oven.
However, the rest of the cleaning was average and I had to clean some parts of the house after they’ve left (hoovering stairs, dust they’ve cleaned off of the lamp shades end up on the headboard and furniture, hoovering my toddler play mat and under the play mat where I specifically asked to look, etc.).
If I’m paying professionals to clean my house then I’d expect it to be done better than if I’ve would’ve cleaned it, which wasn’t the case. I was also expecting all rooms to be left smelling nice and I don’t believe anything was used to leave that effect.
Michael and the staff were lovely so this is nothing personal against them. This is an honest review.

I have used M5 services twice now, I have been really impressed with their work and punctuality. They really go the extra mile for their customers. I asked them to carry out a carpet clean for one room at our clients property, the client asked if they could do the stairs as well and they went out of their way to get the stairs cleaned as well, they did not charge us anything extra.
