From start to finish this company is outstanding!!!!. My dads pond was leaking and the water level was rapidly decreasing. I kept topping it up with water every other day. My father is housebound and I did not have a clue how to fix this. I called M2 Koi and immediately Harvey came to the rescue. A new UV light was required. M2 Koi is a fantastic local independent supplier of all you need for your Koi set up, from full filtration system to getting you out of a hole when the air pump has stopped suddenly. Recently when the flo 2” check valve in my case broke internally and it was looking like I would have to source a replacement from the USA Harvey got one within 2 days.So for all your pond needs be it a part, full filtration system or a complete pond renovation Harvey and M2 Koi is a good choice has the costs are reasonable the service is great and it’s refreshing to find such old fashioned great service and honesty in today’s environment.
