Mark saved the day after lengthy battle with insurers and I was on day 5 without water in my kitchen. I explained situation and he was there within the hour, reconnected it all, gave me invoice I needed to get reimbursed by insurers, nothing was too much trouble.

He left mine to go to another emergency job where water pouring through a ceiling.
