What do you love most about your job?
My job varies from day to day but the most satisfying part is when I can put peoples fears and phobias to rest knowing that they are happy they chose a professional. I also love the interaction with new people and faces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Bad bosses paying bad wages for good work. Through pest control and having to deal with clients and customers on a face to face basis daily. I realised the appreciation from the customers was the only reason I stayed with my former employer for as long as I did. I am good at my job, I was doing all the work and retaining customers for a company that couldn't care less about their staff or customers. This didn't sit well with me and I decided to be bold and start myself.

Unlike most national pest control companies who's technicians monthly wage is based on sales and financial targets. We are here to address the issues you have at a mutually beneficial price with our quality of work superseding the quantity. Meaning when we take on a customer we have all of our focus on them as we don't want to be the biggest. We only want to be the best for our clientel.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
No matter the current state of international health to local health, we adhere to the strictest of hygiene standards as that inherently goes hand in hand with many pest issues and all cleaning aspects. We respect everyone's views on Covid and assess each job individually.
