I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex, the owner of LVCA Construction, for a comprehensive project involving a 2-storey side extension, loft conversion, and full house refurbishment in London.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Always have been a hands on person, and had the ability to manage a team. Building works gave me the opportunity for new challenges and in the same time the satisfaction of helping other people achieve and enjoy their new homes.

This is a hard question, as I can say many things to accomodate the answear.
But to be honest, why they should choose me and my company.., Is that I am a honest person, I love what I do, I do it with passion and respect for myself , and also in respect to the person/contractor, that contacted us, to a achieve for them, something that easily can be compared with a life time dream. Plus the satisfaction of our clients at every end of project.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Luckily all along the Covid 19 period, we had a few contracts ongoing.
We tried to keep just the minimum workers in every single site. Minimum interactions with client or neighbours. Keep same teams for every individual site. Take the wright safety measures along working ours, masks, distance, regular hand sanitisers.
