Brilliant Pilates sessions! Nikki put me at ease from the outset and led me through initial exercises with lots of care and attention. Extremely patient, Nikki has taken the time to answer all my questions so I feel really confident and excited about each session. With historical back problems, the sessions have made a huge difference to my health and mobility. I'm now back to running, enjoying regular gym sessions and have even delved into the world of weights and dead-lifting, something I never thought I'd be able to do! Pilates? I wouldn't be without it!
