Event or Party Planning
In addition to weddings, we can assist with planning other events, including corporate events, engagement and birthday parties, baby showers, and much more. We will provide you with a bespoke quote dependent upon your planning needs and the size of your event.
Partial Wedding Planning
Whatever stage you have reached with your planning journey, we can assist with taking over your planning up until your wedding day. We will provide you with a bespoke quote dependent upon your planning needs. This package includes on the day co-ordination.
On The Day Wedding Co-Ordination
This package includes:
- A remote consultation around 4 weeks before your wedding day to discuss your plans
- An in person meeting at your venue
- Venue and supplier liaison from 4-6 before your wedding day
- Wedding day timeline creation
- On the day co-ordination for up to 12 hours
- Discreet handling of any eventualities
- Access to our Emergency Wedding kit - including safety pins, makeup wipes, sewing kit and much more.
Full Wedding Planning
This package includes:
- Detailed quote based upon your needs following the initial consultation
- Mood board creation
- Venue research, recommendations and proposals
- Supplier sourcing to include recommendations
- Budget advice and guidance
- Full wedding website management, including sending of save the dates and invitations, guest list management and collection of menu choices (this service is only available if you purchase the GettingMarried.co.uk package for an additional £69.99)
- Regular remote planning meetings to provide updates and keep your planning on track
- Attendance at in person meetings totalling up to 6 hours
- Venue and supplier liaison throughout
- Organisation of supplier meetings, trials and tastings
- Wedding day timeline creation
- On the day co-ordination for up to 12 hours
- Discreet handling of any eventualities
