Having had in-person reiki with Louisa before, I decided to give distant a go to see if the same results could be achieved. Louisa is highly intuitive and picked up on some of the issues that had been bothering me recently… physical ones including migraines and neck pain (perks of working from home), and some emotional ones too. She even identified which chakras were blocked and offered suggestions to help move through them. Without a doubt, post-session, I’ve noticed an energy shift and am feeling much more calm, positive and motivated. Louisa is amazing. Truly, she has magical powers I swear! I am lucky enough to have had several Reiki sessions with Louisa over the past couple of years, but this was my first distant Reiki experience. Knowing how beneficial I have found the sessions in the past, and feeling more than a little anxious going into another lockdown, I thought I’d give distant Reiki a go, and I’m so glad I did. I was so relaxed instantly during my session. I am a busy full time working mum and I never usually set time aside to be self indulgent, but this is exactly what this felt like, a little treat- but in the most surreal of forms! Louisa is so intuitive and picked up on colours, sensations and feelings throughout the reiki session (we had a de brief after the healing part) It’s been 3 days since my reiki and I still feel energised, calm and more balanced. I will definately be making more appointments- (Louisa you need a loyalty scheme!) I would highly recommend for anyone who feels they need some guidance, balance, emotional or physical healing, or just a bit of zen in this time of pandemic craziness. Louisa had an offer on her reiki in July, just before I was about to go back to work after 3 months, after lockdown. I had a 45minute session of distance healing reiki and I really felt the benefit after. Her prices are so reasonable and reiki is an amazing gift to have and share on others. I had my Reiki session with Louisa after I was having some sleepless nights and bad skin outbreaks. The session I had with Louisa was distance Reiki and it felt AMAZING. I cant recommend Louisa enough. I have slept three nights in a row the whole night through along with feeling my skin is getting back on track. I had my first ever Reiki session with @luna_rei_holistics - we did the session as distanced healing and whilst I had an open mind, I have to admit that I was unsure of what to expect and had reservations of how successful it would be if we weren’t in the same room. How wrong I was! I’m an absolute convert! It was a wonderful experience and I could really tell I was receiving the energy. I felt like I went on a journey, seeing images and colours and feeling sensations of pleasant pressure on my body. I feel like I was really connected and even felt like I spontaneously moved my hands or position because I was being told to. I was sooo relaxed after the experience, I felt re-energised and much less anxious and stressed. It was a great way to take some ‘me time’ and the feedback Louisa gave me really made sense, she picked up on an imbalance in my life and was able to detect an injury to my big toe! Really amazing and interesting treatment and I will certainly be doing it again. If there is anyone out there who is intrigued but unsure I’d really recommend giving it a go! More...

I always look forward to my reiki sessions with Louisa as she is so in tune with me and I feel like I can completely relax knowing I am in the best hands. Louisa has such a passion for reiki that I would recommend her to everyone to try a session and see the benefits. I like that I get feedback at the end of the session and can really delve deeper into finding out any energy blockages that might be affecting me day to day . Lily has had three reiki sessions, I find it so helpful as Louisa tells us things we would never know, e.g. Itchy body I upped the moisturiser and baby massage and had a happier baby. She instantly picked up on Lily's Hayfever and gave me advice which has really helped. She picked up on her feeding, Lily was refusing her milk or taking only a couple of oz at a time after her session with Louisa, Lily's appetite picked back up. Lily really enjoys the sessions twice I have noticed her focusing on 1 area of the room once the session starts. I have had a few sessions of in person Reiki with Louisa. At first I had no clue what to expect but she picked up on all the parts of my body that had any issues and also tuned in to any emotional feelings too. Skeptical? Those amongst you should try this at least once, especially, if you are prone to suffering with anxiety ( who isn't in these disquieted times? ) Highlighting its most grounded form ; It's heightened catharsis. It's the knowing that someone is concentrating on you exclusively and your well being . It's *me* time but so much more. Louisa's devotion and understanding is truly skillful, and the accuracy of everything she picked up that was afflicting me was thought provoking, and coupled with the sound advice given, it was all quite astonishing and truly beneficial. I was so happy to find out that Louisa has started doing long distance Reiki healing as I had previously had a couple of sessions with her in person but we no longer work together so it wasn’t as easy to do that anymore. I love Louisa’s approach and calming and intuitive vibe! I had a long distance session last week and I’m so glad I did! I was left feeling calmer and pain free after I had been suffering from a headache and it was so interesting to read the notes that Louisa had made during the session – she picked up on a lot of things! Louisa performed some distant reiki on my 3 month son last week. He has always struggled with colic and reflux and is often unsettled when lied down by himself. He was extremely calm throughout the session and very smiley and content both during and afterwards. Louisa also picked up on the fact he suffers with nasal congestion and he actually sneezed a few times during the session helping to unblock his stuffy nose! He slept very well all through the night that night and we got a better night sleep! He has been much happier in himself this week both with his nose and colic and has been sleeping really well. Last year I had my first reiki session with Louisa. I'd never had reiki before and was a little sceptical about how effective it would be. But after hearing how great Louisa was from several colleagues I decided to give it a go. I went in with an open mind and was blown away. I had been experiencing anxiety and Louisa was able to pick up on where the tension was in my body and completely relax those areas.
