Had my first appointment at Luna Healing and after a manic week, I went in manic and explained this was going to be hard as I can’t switch off! ! Well after being on the couch a few minutes.. I cool calm and collected. I suffer from a neurological disease which effects mainly the right side of my body which Shelly picked up on straight away.. after another few minute I was in a deep state of calmness After my treatment I literally burst into tears! She had picked up something I thought I was ok with but clearly not!! I was absolutely astonished! I have been suffering with anxiety and depression for over 20 years and have had a lot of traumatic experiences throughout life. Like many people with past trauma and practically zero help - I was getting to the point where i felt lost and withdrawn. Things that used to make me feel happy just didn't anymore and I was suffering a lot with my mental health. I met Shelley at a wellbeing workshop and since then have been having regular Reki sessions and emotional healing therapy. I wasn't sure it would work and was slightly dubious, but after my first session I was already a new person! I felt like a huge weight i had been carrying around had lifted. I was positive and felt ready for happiness and a more positive outlook on life!! Shelley helped me release emotions and pain pent up from years and years. After feeling really low and not myself lately I booked in for a reiki session. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I can’t recommend It enough. I felt surprisingly great afterwards.
