Was a really bad experience had carpet and sofa cleaned between 9-10am on saturday was told was bit wet due to trying to get stains out but should be fine in few hours ! ! Well that night we ended borrowing a machine from family friend to suck more water out as was all drenched still !!! Its now Monday afternoon and the floor is still not 100% dry and the sofa has dried crusty, not sure what chemicals where used but the smell of bleach is slightly overwhelming! Very bad customer service when messaged company to be told you should have done as I asked straight away which we did heating on and windows open !! Worse customer service and experience we have had getting our carpets and sofa cleaned and so stressful being heavily pregnant and having to keep a 2 year old also occupied in other rooms that’s full of furniture from the front room so not safe for over 2 days !!! Definitely won’t be using again or recommending to friends and family More...

Professional carpet cleaning have been the best we've used so far. Booked night before and cleaned our carpet the morning after. We have a dog who is 1 so our carpet didn't smell very nice as she was toilet training for the first few months.
