Vegetarian since my early childhood, I have nearly 10 years of experience in meat-free cooking, proving to my family, friends, and clients how flavourful and diverse it can be.

My fascination with culture and nature translates into my cooking. Based on historical research, made from the best possible ingredients, and enhanced by advanced culinary methods, my dishes give a homely warmth with a pinch of surprise.

I think there is no better way to understand the culture than through food. And the best food is often found somewhere in between countries, where different cultures melt into each other. Like on the tiny islands strewn across the Mediterranean, between Sicily and Tunisia, where pasta smells of lemon zest, and pistachio polenta cake is soaked in orange blossom syrup.

With years of culinary experience in the family hotel in Poland, and a notebook full of discoveries I made on the way, I would like to share my passion with people in London, where the cultures from around the globe collide into each other, and we – Londoners - can be part of and learn from this experience of diversity.

I'm passionate about and open to food from all cultures but have the most experience in Italian, Mediterranean, North-African, Polish (taught by my Granny), Ukrainian (I explore my family roots), Georgian, Turkish and Balkan.

Not only do I love cooking, but also presenting and talking about food. Before I cook for you, I always want to hear about your preferences and favorites, then deliver a menu based on your expectations and taste.

P.S. I love preparing dinners, but you should definitely try my breakfasts, especially Tunisian Shakshuka :)
