Leaving every customer happy with their needs attended to and always being there to help even if they choose not to go with us and just want advice.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We worked for companies in the past where customers became a number rather then a customer. We started the business to deal individually with people where customers got a fair price for their work and ultimately customers became friends.

Because we always offer free advice and will do whats in the best interest of the customer, not the companies bottom line. Our engineers take pride in their work and no work is done that an engineer would not complete to a standard they wouldn't have in their own home

Yes we can provide quotes over the phone via video link or photos recieved and contracts can be e signed rather then face to face
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All engineers wear face masks and sanitise before and after every job, all tools get sanitised before and after every job as well.

We are on the gas safe register so anything you need for servicing fault finding or installation we have you covered for all gas appliances.
LPG
All areas of servicing installation and repair for all LPG appliances.

All oil installation maintenance and repair work for any oil appliance.
