What makes a great website?
A site that explains it's purposes within a second of opening the page is super important.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I have a briefing form which I will send out to you if you choose to go ahead with the project. This includes information about what you'd like to create, its objective or purpose - is it to gain followers, make money or sell a service? Also I like to know your personal or business style, any known dimensions, copy and imagery too. I love to see images of things you like or even a cheeky moodboard! If you're not creatively minded at all, that's not a problem we can figure everything required out together!
What information do you need from a client before you start work?
Intent for the project - the who, what, wheres and for how longs!
Imagery and copy if available
Brand guidelines if available
An idea of things you like, relevant to the brief
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
Any and all! I also have a little black book of fantastic printing specialists to help out with the nitty gritty.
Describe your creative process.
Elegant and effortlessly beautiful work can only be created with meticulous preparation and thought. My approach starts with finding out the key details, including some that might not appear immediately relevant. I want to get to know a person or brand's aesthetic, tone and sub-conscious communication with it's customer or intended reader.
I like to collaborate with you to produce a brief that pin points exactly what you want created, meaning we can achieve the ultimate goal quickly, leaving more time for extra tweaks or you know, tea and cake?

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people, and creating beautiful collateral fit for purpose that my clients love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As well as a full time job, I freelance as a graphic designer/creative consultant, wedding photographer, calligrapher, oh and I write a blog for first time buyers and renovators. You could say I'm a workaholic, but I think each of these helps me to see a big picture and build a network of fantastic creative people!
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe the proof really is in the pudding, my clients come back to me time and time again which hopefully shows that they love my work. I think collaboration is key to any working relationship so let's sit down and discuss your project and ideas, I can give you a quote and if you like me and the ideas then we can get cracking!
