No. We do home visit and provide domiciliary care.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To ensure that staffs are up to date with their training (infection control).
To ensure that they are using the PPE's in a safe way.
All staff will have in house training on donning and doffing. All staff will read the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Policy and Procedure. PPE audit – staff observation will be used to ensure effectiveness, this will monitor if staff hand hygiene was performed correctly before PPE was donned, the appropriate PPE, for supporting the service user was donned correctly and the PPE was disposed correctly when finished and hand hygiene was done properly when doffing the PPE.

We offer all services of care that is required, visiting, live in care 24/7 support. We are experienced staff in nursing and the registered manager is a registered mental health nurse who has been a nurse for over 18years and has got vase years of experience.
