So to anyone readying this is like you to honestly just take a moment because it’s kind of an unbelievable one , with moving back from America I had no credit no money no nothing , I came to Simon asking what my next steps where to being able to start looking for a property to purchase for me and my wife who currently still lives in America . Simon asked me to come and in and we could go over things . We got the ball rolling on the first application for a mortgage after finding our dream house which did take a multiple viewings on different properties to find the best suited place for me and my wife , but after that application process went through very fast and we got so close to approval and offer but with some mis information from the lender directly we where declined due to my wife not yet being a citizen , so we explored different routes. We tried a mortgage again with me and Sammy but with more perfectage down but again we got denied , so again We tried to a different route . We did a mortgage solely on my name with no credit score ( it’s literally 166) since I haven’t lived in the UK for a long time , His attention to detail and hard work is by far above any I have seen , not just as a broker he is just all around a great person who will work as much as he can and past closing time to make sure you are satisfied and are not worrying . The entire time I’ve needed him he’s been there . After a couple of months due the fact of the first denial I’m happy to say We got our mortgage offer ! The team here will work above and beyond for anyone it seems . These guys don’t know me but we’ve come to be very good friends I can say . Please if you ever need a mortgage try them out you really won’t be disappointed . I have given them 5 stars just for the countless calls and countless emails countless hours and all around great service to both me and wife at silly times since the time difference is 8 hours between her and them but no matter what they’ve done everything possible and done the impossible !
