What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a company, our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our staff and our service users. We are monitoring Coronavirus symptoms daily across both groups, to ensure that these remain isolated so that we, as a leading and caring organisation, can continue to thrive and support those in need.
Companionship
When we are recovering from a sickness or an injury, we may need to have someone that we can turn to. Here at Lotus Home Care, our daily companions will make sure that they are there when you need them the most. The companions can escort you to medical appointments, religious engagements and social functions. They can also be with you when you want to engage in entertaining activities like games and crafts. Support for all of this is provided by fully qualified and experienced health and social care workers.
Domiciliary Care
Lotus Home Care supplies a range of home care (domiciliary care) services to meet the needs of individuals. Home care (domiciliary care) can be arranged on an hourly, daily or weekly basis for a single visit or full time care.
Respite Care
There are currently 5.4 million unpaid care workers in this country that either support friends or family through illness or older life. In spite of doing this for Love and dedication of the person, this can really take its toll on the individuals own health and other family relationships. This is one reason we provide respite services. This allows us to take some of the pressure of you and gives you some time for yourself whilst you also have that peace of mind that the friend or family member is getting an excellent service.
Complex Care
Our complex needs services involve providing all aspects of care, this can range from helping with personal care to meal preparation, we strive to provide an outstanding quality of care along with a compassionate and friendly service. We aim to accommodate service users with the most complex of needs in a professional friendly and efficient manner, allowing day to day life to continue as normally as possible.
Live-in Care
Live in Carers provide care, alongside practical and emotional support, in a service user’s own home. Doing so enables the client to maintain their independence for as long as possible. Live-in care can be appropriate for many reasons. Some may include those who are in need of respite care, short term care after discharge from the hospital and complex care with specialist conditions such as dementia.
